Location is perfect and the rooftop bar has gorgeous views. The elevators can be a nightmare, especially with crowds.

Tiffany at check-in was a delight. Her warm welcome and thoughtful birthday treat made a perfect first impression. The view from the 24th floor corner unit was breathtaking, complemented by an enticing aroma in the hallway. The location couldn't be better. Accessible, with fantastic restaurants nearby. Staff were generally friendly and attentive. the pool area fell short. Littered and overcrowded, it lacked proper maintenance. Room amenities disappointed. No teapot or slippers? Unusual. Space was cramped for two suitcases, making movement challenging. Prices felt inflated compared to the service provided. There’s potential here, but it requires a stronger focus on consistency and cleanliness. Not quite the experience expected from a resort brand.

During my stay, I loved how we were right in the bustling heart of Manhattan, allowing us to walk everywhere to iconic sights like Times Square, just a couple of blocks away, and enjoy amazing dining options like Junior's and Red Lobster within a short stroll. The staff was friendly, and the hotel offered clean, modern rooms with great amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool. However, the only downside was the occasionally slow elevator service, which could slow down returning to our room after a fun day exploring the city.

I enjoyed the laid-back vibe and the bar with 5 o'clock somewhere that lifted my spirits. The dinner at the Margaritaville Cafe was a fun experience with a view of a hilarious light show from the Statue of Liberty!
Waiting for the lifts was a joy. said no one ever.

Had a great time during the weekend stay. The central location was fantastic, right smack in the heart of Times Square, and the beds were super comfy. The friendly greeters outside were a nice touch, always welcoming us back with a smile.
Some letdowns during the stay. The pool area needed serious attention with dirty plates and cushions left lying around.

One thing I really appreciated was the rooftop bar – super chill vibes and great views. The room itself was nice, but a bit on the small side. The open shower design was a bit inconvenient, as water ended up splashing everywhere. On the downside, I was surprised to find out there was no microwave available. I had leftovers from dinner at Margaritaville that I couldn't heat up, which was a bummer. The staff at Margaritaville were fantastic, very friendly, and welcoming. I did encounter some issues with the elevators taking a long time, and the $150 incidental fee that turned out to be $300 was a bit of a shock.

The room was cramped, barely fitting two suitcases, forcing us to place them on the bed to unpack. Plus, the check-in process felt chaotic, and the staff were unhelpful when we had issues. Definitely not a relaxing stay!

The rooftop view is absolutely stunning and the heated pool is a total win. The staff are super friendly and the decor is just as inviting as a cozy cup of cocoa.

Our romantic escape was upgraded to a beautiful suite with stunning views and clean rooms. The beach-themed decor created a relaxing atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially Troy, were exceptional. The location was perfect for easy access to theaters and public transportation.
The elevators were often slow and erratic, causing delays. The rooftop bar closed early and lacked cleanliness.
